Dr. Danielle Hiestand is a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT #48529) who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She works with males, females, individuals, families, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Hiestand views treatment through a systems perspective and includes mindfulness, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and EMDR therapy in her practice.
